Giveaway Prize Codes – Guidelines

Start planning your contests, challenges and giveaways because we can sponsor them with giveaway prize codes!

WHAT ARE GIVEAWAY PRIZE CODES?

Giveaway prize codes are digital prizes that you can give to your community through contests and giveaways. They are alpha-numeric codes that players can redeem on the Conqueror's Blade website. Upon redeeming the code, the player will be rewarded with a prize.

HOW DO CREATORS BECOME ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE GIVEAWAY CODES?

In order to be eligible to receive giveaway codes you must be an active member of the MY.GAMES Content Creator Program. Specifically, this means that you have created content, such as streams or videos, within the previous 30 days.

Additionally, you must have a plan for how you are going to use the codes. Will you run a contest? A challenge? Random draw to your viewers? Before we provide you with codes we'll need to know how you plan to use them.

HOW DO CREATORS I GET THE GIVEAWAY CODES?

Please contact our Influencer Manager, Drew Hahn, to arrange to receive giveaway codes. He can be reached on either: Discord DM (Drew#8059) or via email.

HOW DO CREATORS ACTUALLY GIVEAWAY THE CODES?

The method in which you giveaway the codes is up to you. There are a variety of methods including but not limited to:

Contests & Challenges:Challenge your community to get more hero kills then you in a battle or take them on in a duel. Maybe even have them submit their most epic screenshot for a chance to win. There are tons of different contests & challenges you can do for your community to participate in.
Random Draws: Randomly pick a member of your audience to receive a prize. These are the simplest giveaways you can do. We highly recommend you only use random draws when you don't have the ability to run a contest. Putting it bluntly, random draws aren't that fun or engaging for your audience so best to stick with contests whenever possible.

If you're struggling to come up with ideas for contests you can always reach out to the Influencer Manager or your fellow creators to brainstorm ideas!

WHAT TYPE OF REWARDS WILL CREATORS HAVE TO GIVE AWAY?

The most common prizes we will be providing to creators will be Sovereigns & Premium Status. That being said, we do have additional prizes we hold in reserve for bigger, more significant contests & events.

Our assumption is that you'll use the common prizes for your regular / weekly contests but if you have ideas for a really big contest and/or event such as a Tournament, we are prepared to provide you with higher value and more sought after prizes.

WHO CAN REDEEM THE GIVEAWAY CODES?

The codes we will be providing you with are only redeemable on the Conqueror's Blade website. The codes cannot be redeemed through Steam. Additionally, players who play Conqueror’s Blade using a Mail.Ru account cannot redeem codes on the Conqueror's Blade website so should therefore not be considered eligible for your giveaways / contests / events.

HOW DO PLAYERS REDEEM THEIR PRIZES?

Once you give a player their code, redeeming it is easy. Just follow the steps below:

Navigate to https://conqblade.com.
Login to your Conqueror's Blade account.
Navigate to https://conqblade.com/promocode.
Enter the code and select the VIEW CODE CONTENTS button.
At this point you should see a message displaying the contents of the code.
Select the ACTIVATE PROMO CODE button.
At this point you’ll get a “YOU SUCCESSFULLY ACTIVATED YOUR PROMO CODE” confirmation message.

Players should now have their prize but be aware that in some cases the player will be required to transfer the items to their character via the web storage.

RULES & MISUSE OF CODES

There are a few simple rules we enforce in regards to our giveaway codes:

Do not do giveaways/contests that are pay to enter. This includes giveaways that only those who have subbed to your Twitch channel can enter. This is an illegal practice in many countries.
Do not host contests / events that are only open to a closed group of players. For example, don’t do a giveaway that only members of your House can participate in.
A player can only win once per broadcast. Basically, once they’ve won a code they are ineligible to win anymore codes in that specific broadcast.
Do not redeem the codes on your personal account.
Unfair contest / giveaway practices.
Altering contest / giveaway rules after they have begun.
Refusing to provide the prizes to rightful winners.
"Rigging" contests/giveaways to have predetermined winners.

Basically, use your common sense! These codes are meant to be used for fun contests and giveaways for your audience. Members of the Content Creator Program found misusing the giveaway codes will face disciplinary actions which may include expulsion from the Content Creator Program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

A couple other things you need to know:

We are happy to help promote your contests & events but in order to do so you need to provide advance notice. We ask that you provide, at minimum, seven (7) days' notice before your giveaway/contest is scheduled to begin.
When you finish running your contest / giveaway you must provide the in-game names of the winners to our Influencer Manager. Failure to provide winners in-game names will prevent you from receiving additional codes.
